Community Strong VIP Package FAQ’s

Yes, you must have your community strong card on you in order to receive your discount. For privacy reasons, SERG does not keep your personal information stored.

The card must be physically present at the time of payment to receive the discount. The discount is only applied to the bill of the cardholder. The discount applies to food purchases only. The discount is not available on split checks.

Again, the card must be physically present, no photos, copies or other representations of the card will be accepted (other than the proof of purchase of the card that only extends until April 10th, 2026)

  1. The Community Strong Package will consist of a $100 gift card good for use at any SERG Dining location (not valid at Coastal Provisions, Skull Creek General Store and Skull Creek Dockside Ship Store).
  2. (1) VIP card that entitles the cardholder to:
    i. 25% off food purchases at any SERG Restaurant (max $50 discount per visit: Not applicable at SERG Takeout Kitchen, see details about use at the SERG Takeout Kitchen).*
    ii. 10% discount on all gifts and merchandise at any SERG gift shop ( Coastal Provisions, Skull Creek General Store and Skull Creek Dockside Ship Store).*
    iii. 10% discount on food purchases at the SERG Takeout Kitchen*

  3. The package cost is $325 (plus processing and handling fees when purchased online). The package will be available for purchase from March 1 until March 31.

  1. YES; To make it more convenient, we are allowing packages to be purchased in any SERG Restaurant location this year. Please see the Host stand or ask your server for details.
  1. No, there is no limit to how many times an offer may be redeemed by a cardholder.
  2. This offer is not valid with any other discounts or promotions, including happy hour, early dining and it is only valid towards food purchases for up to $200 (a $50 maximum discount per ticket). The discount does not apply to gift card purchases.

We are going to start fulfilling orders on Thursday March 1. Orders will be filled within 3 business days of the order being placed. We mail them out through USPS, regular mail, and have found that it takes anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive (at least).
