Purchases with the card (e-giftcard or traditional cards) will be deducted from the balance until it reaches $0.00. All Promo cards are treated as regular gift cards with no expiration date.

Gift Card Sale FAQ’s

  1. Purchase in any SERG restaurant location in person
  2. Purchase online at serggroup.com website “Shopping” tab or via the “Gift cards” link on any of the restaurant websites.
  1. The sale starts at midnight on November 1st and concludes at 11:59pm on November 21st: for every $100 purchased, you will get an additional $15 card
  2. This offer IS available on both Traditional and E-Gift Cards
  1. No promo code is needed. The promo cards will be automatically applied to orders online and in person.
  2. Any order placed between midnight on November 1st and at 11:59pm on November 21st will get the sale deal ($15 for every $100)
  1. No, our promo cards ARE normal gift cards. There are no blackout dates or expiration dates. These cards can be used in person at any SERG restaurant anytime, just like the card that they purchased.
  2. Note: remember that these are NOT treated as Cash and, therefore are not subject to the cash discount at restaurants.
  1. E-gift cards are delivered to email almost instantly once your order is placed or you can schedule their delivery
  2. Traditional gift card orders are filled with three business days of your order being placed and are mailed out via USPS. We anticipate that delivery will take 3-10 days once placed in the hands of the USPS (the holiday season is VERY busy for them!)
