SERG GUEST LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM ENDS

Loyalty program Ends February 28^th, 2023

We intend to offer a great customer experience at every point of a visit and we believe our loyalty technology is keeping us from delivering on that expectation.
We’ve now gone through three different loyalty providers and none of them have been able to provide a seamless experience that allows a guest to easily monitor their points balance, get real-time updates or even get the points connected to their checks.
This creates issues not only for our guests but for our hard-working team members as well.
Our newest POS system (SpotOn) is able to offer us such benefits as table-side ordering and tableside checkout and even cash discounts, and we had hoped that their loyalty program would work in conjunction with our operations, unfortunately, that was not the case.

The Loyalty program will be turned off on February 28^th. You will no longer be able to accrue or use any of your points that you have.

On March 1^st we will review everyone’s points with our Point-of-sale partner and we will issue E-cards to anyone that has points or rewards. WE WILL BE ROUNDING UP AS WELL SO FOR EXAMPLE:

IF YOU HAVE 342 POINTS, YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO $15 REWARDS. YOU USUALLY WOULD HAVE NEEDED 500 POINTS TO GET THAT SECOND $15 REWARD
IF YOU HAVE 27 POINTS, YOU WILL BE GETTING A $15 REWARD.

This E-Card will be sent out via email to the email on your Loyalty profile so be sure to check that in the coming weeks for your reward.

We will not be providing a new loyalty program in a traditional sense; HOWEVER, we are continuing the Community Strong VIP Program which goes on sale March 1^st through March 31^st. This can be considered a “Loyalty Program” as it offers the following discounts and benefits:

A $100 SERG Gift Card
25% off of Food purchases at all SERG Restaurants for AN ENTIRE YEAR with max $50 per visit
10% OFF at the SERG Takeout Kitchen
10% OFF at any of our retail locations (Coastal Provisions, The Skull Creek General Store and the Dockside Ship Store)

$100 of every sale will be donated to a LOCAL non-profit organization within the year.
$100 of every sale will go to directly support SERG team member benefit programs.
