Create an account by clicking on the below link. Once your account has been created, visit any SERG Restaurant or retail location and at checkout tell the waitstaff your name or phone number and your points will automatically be added to your account.

You can also pick up a card at any SERG restaurant that you can fill out and keep with you. Simply show it to your waitstaff to earn and redeem points.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SERG APP / OLD SERG LOYALTY PROGRAM?

Another Point-of-Sale Company purchased the software and it is no longer compatible with our Point-of-Sale System.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN PER DOLLAR?

Earn one point for every dollar you spend on food and beverages. (If a check is discounted you will receive points on the discounted amount and is exclusive of tax and gratuity)

DO I EARN A BIRTHDAY REWARD?

Not at this time

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO EARN TO BE REWARDED?

For every 250 points earned, you will receive a $15 Reward directly on your guest check

IF I SPEND $300 IN 1 VISIT WHEN DO I GET MY $15 REWARD?

Your reward will be available for your next visit at a SERG Restaurant.  You will also receive the 50 points

CAN I CHOOSE NOT TO REDEEM A REWARD AND KEEP EARNING POINTS?

Unfortunately, the reward is automatic and can’t be saved for later

CAN I EARN POINTS FOR SOMEONE ELSE AT MY TABLE?

Only the paying guest on the check may earn points. If you have separate checks then the paying guest on each check can earn points.

HOW DO I JOIN THE SERG REWARDS PROGRAM?

All you need to do is follow the instructions on the Rewards tab.  You will need to complete information fields such as username, password, email, name, zip code etc.  Don’t worry we will never share your email address with partner businesses, or with third parties.  Remember your login name and password to check on your points and activity.

WILL STAFF LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE A REWARD?

No, staff won’t have access to your reward information ahead of time, so if you think you may have a reward, please visit SERGGROUP.COM/loyalty and follow the instructions on the Rewards tab:  Enter your username and password to check your points status.  If you need assistance our staff is happy to assist.

CAN I ACCRUE POINTS PAST 250?

Yes, in the visit when you pass 250 points – all your points will be applied and your reward will be ready to auto apply on your next visit to a SERG Restaurant and the rest of your points will also start applying for your next $15 reward

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A CARD OR FORGOT MY CARD?

Not to worry! Our staff will be happy to look up your account by first & last name along with phone number.  Also ask any staff member and they can provide you with a card. 

CAN I TRACK MY PROGRESS ONLINE OR ON MY SMARTPHONE?

Yes, just visit SERGGROUP.com/loyalty and go to the rewards page.  Be sure to remember your username and password to login to your account.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY POINTS ON THE PREVIOUS PROGRAM?

As of September 15th, 2021 you no longer can earn points on the previous SERG loyalty program – but you will be able to continue to redeem you $15 rewards on the previous SERG Loyalty App / SERG Loyalty Program until October 15th

WILL THE BALANCE OF MY POINTS TRANSFER OVER TO THE NEW PROGRAM?

Points can’t be transferred to the new program – we encourage you to REDEEM your rewards on the previous SERG App / SERG Loyalty by October 15th.

I FORGOT TO PRESENT MY CARD DURING MY LAST VISIT. CAN I STILL GET POINTS?

If you keep your receipt!  Bring it on your next visit and give it to your server along with your First & Last Name, phone number along with email on your account.  A valid Id will be required to verify you are the account holder

CAN I TRANSFER POINTS FROM MY ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER PERSON’S CARD?

SERG Rewards are for personal use only, and points are not transferrable to another person’s card or account.

DO I USE POINTS WHEN USING A REWARD

Points are NOT accrued when a reward is redeemed.

I’M A SERG EMPLOYEE, CAN I JOIN THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

SERG employees have a separate rewards program specific to them this program is only for our guests

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON MY SERG REWARDS PROFILE?

Go to the SERG website www.serggroup.comloyalty, login to your account and you can change your information

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST MY PASSWORD?

Go to the SERG website www.serggroup.com/loyalty, put your username in and hit the forgot password prompt 

It will prompt you for your username, it will ask you one of your security questions, and ask you to enter a new password.  It will tell you if you answered the security question wrong.  Your security question answer is case sensitive
